The
surgery is open from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday, and
8.00am to
2.00pm on Wednesday. Doctors see patients in the morning, midday and evening,
together with a
number of clinics in the early afternoon. Please ask at the reception
for the
surgery times for the doctor you wish to see.
Through this new website we hope to improve our services to
all our
patients and enable you to find the information required at
the click of a
mouse. You can order repeat prescriptions online, download
registration forms,
change your name and address and much more.
You
can find out information about medical conditions and diseases through
our
patient information leaflets as well as keep up to date with all the
latest
practice news and developments. You can also allow the nurses
to collect
travel information by using the Travel Form.
We
are always looking to improve our services so please fill in our
patient survey
or leave some feedback. We hope that with your help and co-operation we
will be
able to make this website a better portal for all your online needs.
This
is a training practice and so there may be medical students with the
doctor
during the consultation. If you do not wish for medical students to be
present
then please inform reception staff when booking your appointment.
