If
you have any reason to be unhappy with our service you can address your
complaint to the Practice Manager. The Practice Manager can be contacted
either by telephone, in person or by letter following which you will be offered
an opportunity to discuss the complaint at the earliest convenience.
If necessary the Practice Manager will institute an investigation into your
concerns and report back to you once this has been completed. A patient
information leaflet on the practice complaints procedure is available from the
reception staff.
